POOLS: the simplest way to bet on sports online or in-store. Just choose who will win across all matchups for your sport of choice.
MARKETS
Markets are the sports betting term for the type of outcome you bet on. While PROLINE+ Online and PROLINE In-Store are different games with different ways to bet, they feature the following common sports betting markets:

MONEYLINE
Bet on which team will win the game.

POINT SPREAD
Bet on whether one team’s score will beat or cover an assigned handicap.

OVER/UNDER (TOTALS)
Bet on whether the total score of a game will be over or under an assigned amount.

Bet on whether a specific action in a game will take place.
In PROLINE In-Store, you’ll only see options for the first three markets—Prop Bets always take the form of an Over/Under for In-Store sports betting. For example, betting on whether a football running back will deliver over or under a total amount of rushing yards is an Over/Under Prop Bet.
There are no markets to choose in POOLS. It’s a simpler game where you only choose who will win all matchups on a POOLS card.
HOW TO READ DECIMAL ODDS
There are odds associated with every sports betting option you can make on PROLINE+ Online and PROLINE In-Store, from who will win the game, to whether a player will score a touchdown. Each option will have an assigned odds number.
PROLINE+ Online and PROLINE In-Store default to decimal odds, which are considered the easiest to work with. When you see a figure like 1.50 or 2.17 on a betting line, those are decimal odds—they help you know whether you’re betting on the favourite or the underdog (i.e. the more or less likely outcome).
PAYOUTS
Payouts are calculated by multiplying your bet with the decimal odds. E.g. If odds are 3.30, a winning $10 bet would return $33, including the original bet.
UNDERDOGS
The higher number is the underdog, or the less likely outcome. Since it’s less likely to occur, the payout is greater if it does. It’s a riskier bet for a higher potential reward.
FAVOURITES
The lower number is the favourite, aka the more likely outcome. Since it’s expected, the payout is less. It’s a safer bet so it provides a lower potential reward.
There are no odds for players to calculate when playing POOLS—great for beginners who want to make simple picks without extra details.
COST OF PLAY
Know the minimum and maximum amounts for your product of choice and plan your spending in advance.

Proline+ | How To Bet On Sports Online
In-store: bets start at $1 with a $100 maximum per bet.
Proline+ | How To Bet On Sports Online
Each card costs $5 with “box play” options that can multiply up to $80.
No matter what game you play, set a sports betting budget. Playing a $100 ticket once a week would cost $5,200 per year.
